Carlos Sá Nature Events®, in partnership with the Municipal Chamber of Ponte da Barca, will organize the fifth edition of Serra Amarela Sky Marathon on the 3rd and 4th June 2023. The bet on Serra Amarela arise from the recognition of the fantastic potential of this region, with all its beauty and wildness, for the practice of outdoor sports in Portugal. This event will have several races. On the 3rd June will be held the Sport and Health Conference. On the 4th will be held the competitive races of  30 km, 15 km. There will be also a 9km Hike. The event will also have the Serra Amarela Kids, non competitive races for children from 6 to 17 years old. The Serra Amarela Kids' races are free.

The participants will have the opportunity to run along unspoilt paths, preserved villages, castles, rivers and green vegetation, with incredible views over the water mirrors of Albufeira de Vilarinho das Furnas and Albufeira de Tamente, in this mountainous massif in the only National Park of Portugal – the Peneda-Gerês National Park.
